Our group fitness classes are instructed by a team of motivating and experienced certified instructors. They will support you as you get fit and stronger than you already are. Our classes are designed in a way that they can be modified for any fitness level. So beginners should never be afraid….ok, just a little 🙂

MIX IT UP: is a cross-training approach to improve your fitness level. This class offers you a variety of different types of classes from Hi/Lo, Muscle Conditioning, Balance Ball & Wts., Boxing & Kickboxing, Step, etc… The instructor will give you an all-round workout that is varied and can be modified to all fitness levels.

CARDIO FUSION: This high energy class provides the variety your body needs. Moving through a body weight, dance conditioning warm up, it’s then time to get Sweaty! Boot camp style and interval training varies from 1-3 mins, alternating between strength and cardio. Cool down focuses on alignment and lengthening the body.

BOOT CAMP: Is an intense (but easily modified) combination workout including strength conditioning and cardio bursts. It will include body weight functional exercises like lunges and burpees, plyometric moves along with weights. Yes, anyone can do it!

TRI-CYCLE: Is a high energy 3 part class involving spin bikes, strength training and core emphasis. A triple dose of motivation, inspiration and perspiration!


HIIT ME: Cutting edge HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for the fastest way to get fit, strong and lean!

SPIN: These 30 minutes high energy spin classes will strengthen your quads and blast your breathing with sprints and hills and more.

ZUMBA: Ditch the workout and join the fun! Zumba is a Latin dance inspired workout that is motivating and sweat inducing with lots of moves and music.
